Manage outbound webhooks

Enable workspace events and inspect delivery through the configured webhook service.

   Open Integrations

   Workspace admins can manage outbound webhook settings. If the service is not configured, ask the operator to finish setup before enabling it.

   Enable events

   Turn on Outbound webhooks to send IDs, event types, and timestamps for video feedback, uploads, and task activity. This is separate from notification emails.

   Manage destinations

   Select Manage destinations to open the secure webhook portal. Configure endpoints and manage signing secrets there; never put secrets in client notes or chat.

   Check delivery

   Recent events reports application-side progress. “Accepted” means the webhook service accepted the event; inspect destination delivery attempts in the portal to confirm receipt.
